If your bank, credit card provider, or other payment intermediary charges a processing fee for your transaction, this fee is to be borne by you, the customer. Such fees are not included in the order total and will not be covered by Shift Crypto AG.
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
If a payment fails, you will be notified immediately. Please retry and ensure you have sufficient funds and that your payment method is valid.
