Unused products in their original and unopened packaging can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery.
The full price including proportional shipping costs will be refunded.
We reserve the right to deduct any return shipping fees and import costs billed to us from the refund amount.
Replacement of defective products is governed by the warranty policy.
To submit a refund, contact [email protected] within thirty (30) days of receiving the product and mention your order identifier. We will reply with a refund request acknowledgment and a return mailing address.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be transmitted within two (2) weeks of approval to your original payment method.
Refunds for orders paid with Bitcoin will be issued at the FIAT value of the order and will use the exchange rate value at the time the refund is transmitted.
Once you have initiated your return, we will provide a return address. Orders from within the European Union (EU) must be returned to our German warehouse, all other orders to our Swiss warehouse.
Please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.
